The project involved a conversion from an existing warehouse building into the offices, showroom and warehouse for a greeting card and paper products company. Significant changes to the interior layout included new partitions and screens, a new reception area and kitchen, and new flooring and other finishes, reworking of electrical and ductwork throughout, and the installation of all new light fixtures. All new storage cabinets and storage fixtures were built and installed.
