The project involved a complete renovation to a three-storey house in a historic neighbourhood, involving extensive exterior and interior work. The existing historic façade was repaired, the rear addition was reclad in black-stained cedar, and a new roof deck with a green roof added on the third floor. Extensive structural work included removing all the interior walls and reworking their location, a new 3 storey open riser stair in walnut that allowed light from above, a new kitchen and three new bathrooms with unconventional finishes. The detailing was minimal and clean and required quality craftsmanship and precision.

This project won two national design awards and has been published in Azure Designlines magazine.
